  • The Entry Criteria for Group 1 is T30 Swim/84 lengths.

  • The Session fees for Group 3 are: £3 per session or if paid weekly £9.00 regardless of the number of sessions attended.

  • Training Times are as follows:

* Training Open to all groups. Extra Session Fee of £2.50

In addition there are Sprint Session on Mondays and Wednesdays at Denstone from 7.45-8.30pm. Fee £1.50
