Group 1

Groups 1 & 2 train together and have a maximum of 12 hours training per week plus up to 3 hours morning training.

The Entry Criteria for Group 1 is T30 Swim of 80+ lengths (2000 yards) or a district qualifying time.

For swimmers to reach their maximum potential a commitment to attend 5/6 sessions a week is required.

£45* per month (Standing Order on 1st of each month). The individual session fees for Group 1 are: £4 per session.

Training Times are as follows:

Monday	Denstone	6.15 PM - 8.15 PM
Tuesday	Denstone	6:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Wednesday	Denstone	6:15 PM - 8:15 PM
Thursday	Denstone	6:15 PM - 8:15 PM
Friday	Denstone	5:15 PM - 7:00 PM
Saturday	Denstone	8:30 AM - 10:30 AM

Additional Session takes place Tuesday Mornings at Cheadle 6:00 - 7:45 am.

_{* As it is generally felt inappropriate by the coaching staff for children aged 9 or under in Groups 1 and 2 to train more than 3 times per week, the individual session fee will still be £4 but the monthly fee will be reduced to £40.}

Coaches will advise individual swimmers on the number of sessions needed for progression based on their individual circumstances.
